11	Details of formal training under received.
12	Details of experience gained informal way.
13	Are you associated with any activity now? ( partly or fully). If yes, give brief details on following points.
	(a) Trade / profession to which you are associated.
	(b) Are you interested to upgrade your skill in that profession with a view to absorb yourself fully as a self employed entrepreneur, if so, what assistance you want.
	(c) What problems / constraints you are facing now in your existing profession / trade to become a sustainable self employed / person / entrepreneur.
